File Online

Individuals who are ready to file a municipal income tax return or an exemption in one online session can file using FastFile. No login, User ID or Password is necessary, however you must be ready to complete your return or exemption in one session.

All other individual income tax returns, and exemptions, (with the exception of Amended returns, which must be filed By Mail or In Person) may be filed at MyAccount. For more information about filing online, view frequently asked questions at Individual FAQs - Online Services.

Modernized eFile approved Software Vendors are authorized to provide electronic filing of RITA returns.

• Forms should be postmarked by the Filing Due Dates

Drop Boxes

For those who prefer to personally bring their returns or tax documents please use RITA’s Drop-Off Options. Even if unfinished, we will complete your returns for you. Please fill out the Municipal Income Tax Drop-Off Sheet to accompany your tax documents or at least include your phone number on your dropped - off documents, even if you write it on the envelope.
