Online Messages with MyAccount

To communicate with RITA regarding your tax account or to ask a general question please use the Service Center within Customer Service in MyAccount.

To access the Service Center and create an Online Customer Service Request within MyAccount you need both a valid MyAccount UserID and PIN activation through MyAccount.
