Are you new to Ohio municipal income tax, or is your community new to RITA?
Welcome!
Cities and villages in Ohio impose a municipal income tax to pay for everything from safety services like police and fire, to road maintenance, parks and recreation, and more. RITA collects this income tax on behalf of nearly 400 cities and villages across the State of Ohio. See RITA Municipalities for a complete list of all cities and villages that partner with RITA to collect their municipal income tax. And to learn more about RITA, and municipal income tax, check out these short videos:
If you want to learn even more about RITA, you can read our annual financial reports here, audited by the Ohio Auditor of State.
