Our newly enhanced interactive voice response (IVR) phone system functions for Tax Preparers are now available.

 

Using your PTIN, you will be able to quickly navigate to your client’s tax information, such as:

·        payment history

·        refund status

·        estimated payment amounts

·        account balance for one or multiple clients
