Non-Filing Notices and Administrative Subpoenas

Beginning July 6, 2021 RITA will be issuing non-filing notices and administrative subpoenas to taxpayers who appear to owe an income tax filing to a RITA municipality for tax years 2019 or earlier. To respond to the notice or subpoena, taxpayers may file returns electronically through MyAccount or FastFile, both available at ritaohio.com.  If a taxpayer was exempt from filing an income tax return for one or more of the tax years identified in the notice or subpoena, an exemption form may also be submitted electronically through  MyAccount or FastFile.

Taxpayers who wish to respond other than electronically may either fax or mail their response. Fax responses are to be sent to 440-922-3510.  Responses by mail are to be sent to RITA, P.O. Box 470538, Broadview Heights, OH 44147.
