Federal Tax Information (FTI) Department System Upgrade

RITA’s Federal Tax Information Department phones will be unavailable from Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6.  If you require assistance during this time, please call (888) 232.3768 and leave a voicemail.  A representative will return your call the week of March 9. If you prefer, you can contact the FTI Department Monday, March 9 during normal business hours when phones will be available.

This update is related to taxpayers contacting the FTI department only, all other RITA services remain available to taxpayers via phone at (800) 860.7482 and online at ritaohio.com .
