Sealed bids will be received by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) at the following address:
10107 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141
Before 2pm pm local standard time on the 15th day of September, 2023, for:

Project: Office Improvements for RITA Brecksville

Architect's Project Number:  50320123.

Project Description:  Interior alterations of an existing office building. Project scope includes general trades, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

Copies of the Drawings and Project Manual are available from SE Blueprint http://www.plancycle.com beginning Friday, August 18, 2023 and during regular business hours thereafter, at actual cost of printing and shipping (if required). Cost of the plans will be non-refundable. Cost of any addenda issued is the responsibility of the bidder. Plans are also available for viewing during normal business hours at the office of Sixmo Inc. at 1101 Auburn Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Please call ahead: 216-767-5400.

A pre-bid conference will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Project Site (10107 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141). It is advisable that bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to 100% of the bid price payable to RITA, or a certified check equal to 10% of the bid price.

Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.

Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.  Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.

Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
