Don Smith, RITA Executive Director, Announces Retirement

After nine years of dedicated leadership to the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA), Member Communities and RITA Employees, Executive Director Don Smith has announced his retirement from the Agency. 

Throughout Smith’s tenure, he was committed to simplifying the municipal income tax process and focused on growth to serve members and their constituents through a talented and professional staff, efficient processes and effective technologies.

He will remain at the helm of the Agency throughout the transition to a new leader.
