NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) until Friday, August 4, 2017 at 12:00 PM at The Office of Sixmo Inc., 28045 Clemens Road Suite D, Westlake, Ohio 44145, for the following project:

Tenant Alterations at
10107 Brecksville Rd
Brecksville, Ohio 44141

In accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Sixmo Inc. (the Architect) the project generally includes the interior alterations to an existing building, including general trades, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.  The work also includes minor exterior alterations.

Copies of the Drawings and Project Manual are available from SE Blueprint http://www.plancycle.com beginning Friday, July 14, 2017 and during regular business hours thereafter, at actual cost of printing and shipping (if required). Cost of the plans will be non-refundable.  Cost of any addenda issued is the responsibility of the bidder. Plans are also available for viewing during normal business hours at the office of Sixmo Inc. at 28045 Clemens Road, Suite D, Westlake, Ohio 44145.  Please call ahead.  216-767-5400.

A pre-bid conference will be held Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Project Site (See address above). It is ADVISABLE that bidders attend the pre-bid conference.

Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Contract Documents. If RITA determines to award the contract, RITA will award it based on the lowest and best bid as determined in the discretion of RITA. RITA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
