Worthington and Youngstown Offices Now Open for Taxpayer Assistance

RITA’s Worthington and Youngstown office locations are now open for in-person taxpayer assistance, weekdays, 9am – 4pm.  RITA’s Brecksville office is also open weekdays, 9am – 4pm and RITA’s Xenia office is open, M, W, F, 8am – 5pm.

We continue to provide many contact-free alternatives to traditional in-person assistance, including secure drop boxes.  And, as always, our Customer Service Agents are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm to answer taxpayer questions.  Call us at 800-860-7482.  Taxpayers may also use this number to access RITA’s 24 hour automated phone system to make payments, check the status of a refund request or an estimated payment you have made.
