BRECKSVILLE LOCATION ONLY Drive-up Drop-off service is available from July 6^th – July 10^th and July 13^th – July 15^th (Hours 8 am – 5 pm).

Without leaving the car, individuals can pull in and hand their completed return or uncompleted tax documents to a RITA agent. Even if tax documents are unfinished, RITA will complete them for the taxpayer.

Drive up: RITA agents will be on-site at the Brecksville location to accept your tax return or support documents. You will be prompted when you pull into the Brecksville location to park in a reserved spot.

Drop-off: The RITA agent will ask you questions and take your tax support documents. You will receive a receipt of your submission.

All returns that are e-filed, postmarked or dropped off by July 15 will avoid late filing penalties.
