If you wish to communicate with RITA regarding your tax account or ask a general question you can do so using the SERVICE CENTER within Customer Service in MyAccount.
You will need a USERID and password to access MyAccount.

If you have a valid USERID and Password you must request and activate a PIN (unless you have already done so) to receive the additional services available such as:
- Submitting questions and communicating securely with RITA
- Change your tax account address
- Change your tax account phone number
